To enhance learning Y11 students of orange tree school went on a geography field trip to study physical and human geography as part of their GCSE course. They went to Totteridge Fields and walked along Dollis Brook collecting primary data for their river fieldwork project and ended their walk by Dollis Valley Estate, where they investigated the results of Barnet Council’s urban regeneration project. Everyone involved had a fabulous time and enjoyed applying geographical skills in practise.
